Construction Pit – Unreal Engine
This construction pit asset pack is modular, the example Construction Pit scene is included, as well as a ‘graveyard’ map displaying all the different assets. Not all assets available in this pack were used in the construction of the pit scene (such as the metal support beams etc), but these are included in the pack and on display in the graveyard screenshots.

Collision: (Yes) Custom Collision where needed, few with per poly and if possible simple primitives
Vertex Count: ranging from 500 to 12.000 verts depending on the asset type. The scaffolding is in the higher range from 50.000 to 100.000 per floor.
LODs: (Yes) Depending on tri-count most meshes have 2 to 3 LOD’s.
Number of Materials and Material Instances: 9 master materials (different material types) and 111 material instances
Number of Textures: 241
Texture Resolutions: (decal textures and small props: 256 / 512, most props are usually 1024 or 2048 depending on the scale and the larger props such as the construction lights and power generator are 4096 )
