Small Town Stores – Modular Pack – Unreal Engine
This project includes a modular set to build your own American inspired small town stores/street environment with all of the assets, materials, plus an example map shown in the images. Includes both exterior and interior modular pieces. Each asset was created to a high quality and standard suitable for AAA quality visuals. The pack utilises Lumen and Nanite for the best quality real-time visuals.

Building assets are separate from external and internal for better culling and/or making buildings with no interiors
Level Instance versions of buildings for easy drag and drop placement of pre-built buildings (23 Pre-built building instances in total!)
