Modular Industrial Stairs, Catwalks, Guardrails and Caged Ladder – Unreal Engine

Modular Industrial Stairs, Catwalks, Guardrails and Caged Ladder – Unreal Engine

Create industrial access routes with a matching set of modular stairs, catwalks, guardrails and ladder parts.
The kit contains 24 original base modules and three editable examples: a stair rising 2.16 m, a 6 x 6 m mezzanine and a 6 m caged ladder. Walking surfaces, beams, railings and connection details are supplied as separate modules. The mezzanine safety gate includes a 240-frame opening and closing demonstration at 30 fps.
Included: packed Blender scene; FBX, OBJ, GLB and USD files; original 2K PBR textures; three LOD entries per module; UCX collision; separate material and lightmap UVs; an Unreal Engine 5.8 project with three saved maps and a native gate Level Sequence. The base kit totals 5,404 triangles; demonstration assemblies contain additional instances.
The Unreal project opens directly into the mezzanine map. Real-world metre scale in Blender converts to centimetres in Unreal. Animated FBX and GLB files are supplied separately from static assembly exports.
Use for factories, maintenance platforms, warehouse interiors and industrial environments. These models are visualization assets, not construction drawings or certified fall-protection equipment. No climbing controller, character logic or physical spring simulation is included. Small parts may retain the same triangle count across LODs to preserve their shape.

Additional information:
24 original base modules with 5,404 triangulated polygons in the editable source library, excluding alternate LODs, demonstration instances and presentation equipment. Includes LOD0 plus LOD1/LOD2 and authored simple convex collision in Blender, module FBXs and the Unreal edition. OBJ/GLB/USD are standalone snapshots without authored engine collision or separate LOD editions. 3 base product materials and 9 original 2048 x 2048 texture maps. OpenGL normal maps; the Unreal edition uses green-channel conversion. Material UVs intentionally overlap; the separately validated lightmap UVs do not. One rigid-object motion clip is supplied in the native Blender scene and the designated FBX/GLB motion files. No skeletal rig, IK bones, blendshapes or characters. Visualisation assets, not certified structural or safety equipment. Real-world scale. File-specific topology and vertex counts vary with triangulation, UV seams and instancing; see the included format descriptions.
Unreal Engine versions: 5.8
