Mansion Pack – Unity
Modular Bourgeois French Mansion Constructor Kit
~VARIETY~
With this pack you can create a variety of multi-story, multi-design neighbourhood of burgeois mansions with interior walls, floors, ceilings, staircases plus yards with fencing, hedges and statues.
*Planning to add furniture for each type of room + attic interior.
~MODULAR~
Be it a first person or top-down strategy game, you can easily assemble walls, floors, ceilings, doors, windows, staircases, balconies, roofs & outdoor gardens with this modular pack. Prefabs already setup in folders, just watch how the DemoScene is assembled.
*For in-depth explanations of names & combined uses of the prefabs, please consult the Documentation pdf.
~LIKE LEGO~
All of the pieces are modeled by a 1 x 1 grid (some even 0,5 to fill tight spaces). This means when you enable Grid Snapping (in the Scene View) and move the pieces around, you’ll see them fit perfectly like lego. Thanks to this, it’s super easy and fast to build entire mansions in no time. Just drag and drop the prefabs into the scene, move and rotate them into place as you see fit.
~DOCUMENTATION~
You will find useful information in the documentation pdf to help you better understand how the pieces fit together. Enjoy, and please feel free to contact support for any questions and requests!

Important notice:
After you’ve assembled your mansion, or even a complex neighbourhood of mansions, it is recommended to merge all the walls together, all the windows and all the roofs. In other words, the models which share the same materials should be batched together with some third party plugin, because you need to keep your draw call count to a minimum (under 5k).
All of the pieces can add up to tens of thousands, and that is why you should merge / batch them together.
Also, it is recommended to apply Occlusion Culling to your scenes, for optimisation purposes.
